MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A deposit will no longer be required to use the Nice Ride commuter bikes, organizers say.
The $250 deposit was initially put in place to make sure the bikes didn’t disappear. But now that 1,200 of the bright green bikes are still rolling around, organizers say the deposit is no longer necessary.
